This is a maintenance release with the following new features. Please note that this is not intended to be a definitive list.

Build 3.1.24 (10 July 2013)

 - Fixed Vat % Rate
 - During license activation, Windows firewall does not need to be disabled
 - New Feature - Communication sent using templates can now be amended before sent to recipients.



The change lists below represent the major headline changes in any particular release. Please note that this is not intended to be a definitive list - patches usually contain numerous other bug fixes and minor enhancements in addition to those listed below.

Build 3.1.21 (14 November 2011)

Maintenance release that addresses a number of issues reported since v3.1.20 and has incremental user-requested improvements and changes.

This is a maintenance release that addresses issues reported since v3.1.18 and has incremental user-requested improvements and changes.

 

Build 3.1.18 (12 November 2010)

Full 2-way synchronisation with Outlook for contacts, tasks and appointments. Advanced users can take advantage of 'near continuous' background sync by scheduling syncs. Outlook sync can be found in View->Synchronise Data (you will need to add a new sync profile)

New 'Payment Date' feature so tenant can pay on different date to the contract date.
If the tenant actually will be paying on a different date to the contract date, you can tell the system that and it will raise charges on the payment date rather than contract date)
